Plan Description

    This plan is a Home Phone service, that can be purchased stand alone or in combinate with dialup, ADSL or mobile broadband

Setup Fees, Minimum terms, Cancellation Fees

    Early termination fee

  • There is no fee when cancelling after the minimum term expires.
  • Minimum term or contract term means the minimimum period of activation of the service at the specified service address.
  • Moving the service from one address to another address results in cancellation of the Phone and ADSL service and requirs reactivation at the new address.

Monthly Fee

  • Monthly Fee - No Contract $31.95 per month plus chargeable phone calls.
  • Monthly Fee under Contract $29.95 per month plus chargeable phone calls

Total Minimum Plan Cost

  • Minimum cost over 1 month term is $31.95
  • Minimum cost over 24 month term is $718.8

Early termination Cost

  • Early termination fee for the phone service is $269

Phone Call Charges

  • Local Calls 20c untimed (contract), 22c untimed (no contract).
  • National Calls Limited to $2 for up to 3 hours 7pm to midnight, 45c connection, 20c per minute.
  • Calls to Telstra mobiles Limited to $2 for up to 20 minutes 7pm to midnight, 45c connection, 36c per minute.
  • Calls to Non-Telstra mobiles 45c connection, 36c per minute.
  • Calls to 13/1300 numbers 30c connection untimed.
  • Selected International landlines limited to $1 for up to 10 minutesUS, UK, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland, Canada.

Call Usage Information

  • Call Itemisation: Phone Call usage including called number, duration and cost,
    is available for viewing at usage.australiaonline.net.au
  • Data usage: Data usage is available for viewing at usage.australiaonline.net.au
  • Generally usage information is available within 30 minutes of the call being made.

Phone Customer Service Guarantee

  • We commit to providing excellent customer service.
    The customer service guarantee is a Federal requirement that phone providers install and repair
    phone services within mandated time frames or pay compensation to consumers.
    We are reliant upon other parties such as NBN Co for installation and repair and consequently
    We cannot accept responsibility for installation or repair time frames.
    We will work to ensure that any installation or repair happens as soon as we can arrange it to occur.

    Consquently this plan is provided on the condition that it is not subject to the Customer Service Guaranee.

Installation

  • Transfer of existing phone service $0.
  • Standard Phone connection Fee $69. Non-standard phone connection requires technician to attend or provision of new copper path from exchange.

Billing

  • We bill you the minimum monthly fee in advance and usage charges such as calls in arrears.
  • When you signup you will be billed :-
    • Install fee as applicable,
    • For any purchased hardware,
    • First month's minimum monthly charge.
  • Payment is by credit card or direct debit from a bank account.
    A 29c credit card processing fee applies to payment by credit or debit cards.
  • Where you have a phone service an invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address
    on the first business day of the calendar month.
  • Payments will be debited on the 3rd business day of the calendar month.
